To efficiently meet your deadlines, we accept text or graphic files uploaded directly to our FTP server, which offers a more reliable and direct method of transfer for large files than email.

Using any web browser, you may upload directly by clicking on this link:

ftp://ftp.drcopy.com/incoming

and drag your file on to the window.

Alternately, you may use an FTP application such as Fetch (for MacOS) CuteFTP or FTP Explorer (for Windows).

Please use the following settings:

Host: ftp.drcopy.com
Directory: incoming
Username: anonymous
Password: (your email address)

Be sure to notify Dr. Copy by phone or email that your file is available for retrieval.
